
1- The friends and people we talk to.
He who walks with wise men will be wise. The people we share and talk with can change and influence what we think, do, and say. For this reason we must be careful when choosing with whom to share our time.

“He who walks [as a companion] with wise men will be wise, But the companions of [conceited, dull-witted] fools [are fools themselves and] will experience harm.”

2- Co-workers and associates.
Whether we spend the day with coworkers or just a few hours, we may unconsciously imitate them, or do what they do or say.

3- Music. There have been many studies that show that music influences the mind, mood and body of the listener.

4- Social media.
Seeing pictures of people who are happy and lacking in nothing can make us feel that we have not achieved anything, and that we are not happy even if we are. If someone blocks us, sends hints, publishes our photos without permission, or we read negative messages, our day could be spoiled without realizing it.

5- Television 📺.
TV is a means of communication used to communicate but also to manipulate the minds of the masses.

6- Series and movies.
Each scene can cause us to consciously or unconsciously reflect on them, which can be counterproductive in case the scene is violent or negative.

7- The weather.
Our body is the vehicle that allows us to move in this world in a legitimate way without floating. Therefore, if the weather affects and causes changes in our body and moods, it affects our very existence.

8- Strangers.
Although it sounds incredible, strangers can influence our lives. I have taken the garbage can to the street, and noticed that no neighbor had done it, minutes later when I went outside I saw several garbage cans outside.

9- Significant others.
The people with whom we spend a lot of time and intimate things are the ones who are most likely to influence us in every way.

10- Pets.
Their tenderness, attention, and the mere fact that our pets exist in our lives brings us joy.

11- Children.
Children with their innocence, their sweetness, and even their tantrums can cause us to be more empathetic, more patient, and understanding.

12- Hobbies.
Doing what we like increases the production of happiness hormones.

13- Habits.
The things we do every day without realizing it directly influence our way of thinking, acting, reacting, and planning.

14- The quality of sleep.
A good rest or the lack of it can make a difference in how we feel, how we think, and the decisions we make.

15- Wi-Fi.
The radiation emitted by broadband internet systems among other new technologies affects our brains and our nervous systems. Although it is invisible it is more serious than it seems.

16- The sounds and noises.
Each noise or sound causes different reactions and undoubtedly affects our environment and our life.

17-Foods.
Believe it or not, what we eat affects what we think, and the entire functioning of our body.
